What can you offer me?

We offer you a tailor-made service that specifically meets your needs and budget. What this means in reality is that we have an in depth discussion about your problem / issue / need, suggest a range of options and in partnership with you, we agree the most appropriate way forward to resolve your problem.

The suggested options are creative, up to date, keeping with in the law and bear in mind the possible need in the future for our work to be used as evidence for your case.

How much do your services cost?

At Alternative Solutions we treat every client as an individual and every investigation is unique.

We are only able to give a quotation for work after a full discussion to evaluate the exact needs of the case. You can be assured, however, that we will always offer you the most cost-effective solution. Prices start at £40 +vat per hour for telephone support.

How are payments made?

Payments can be made in cash, by cheque or credit / debit card. All transactions can be carried out so that no trace of payments to Alternative Solutions appears on any of your records or statements. Credit card payments incur a handling charge.

Where can I meet you?

Our operatives are happy to meet you at your home, place of work or any mutually convenient venue.

Can I contact you out of office hours?

We operate a 24 hours a day, seven days a week service. Outside office hours, the phone diverts to a mobile number which has a voicemail facility. If we cannot take your call personally, we aim to return calls within 24 hours.

Do you only use women?

No. Although Alternative Solutions is female led, we will always use the most suitable person for the job whether that be male or female.

Will you keep me updated on how the investigation is going?

We report back to our clients on a regular basis and at the end of the investigation a full written report on every stage of our work is offered.
