How much do your services cost?
At Alternative Solutions we treat every client as an individual and every investigation is unique.

We are only able to give a quotation for work after a full discussion to evaluate the exact needs of the case.

You can be assured, however, that we will always offer you the most cost-effective solution.


How are payments made?
Payments can be made in cash, by cheque or credit / debit card.

All transactions can be carried out so that no trace of payments to Alternative Solutions appears on any of your records or statements. Credit card payments incur a handling charge.


Where can I meet you?
Our operatives are happy to meet you at your home, place of work or any mutually convenient venue.


Can I contact you out of office hours?
We operate a 24 hours a day, seven days a week service and are available to take your call at any time.


Will you keep me updated on how the investigation is going?
We report back to our clients on a daily basis and at the end of the investigation a full written report on every stage of our work is offered.
